CARE4YOUTH (Inclusion for Youth in the Care System through Non-Formal Learning and Outdoor Sports) is a EU-FUNDED project that contributes to the advance of a methodology regarding non-formal learning education for children and youth in the care system. The project aims to improve the quality of life for youngsters that are in the care system of the three countries participating in the project, Spain, Italy and Serbia. This is done through activities such as outdoor sports (diving, swimming, volleyball, football) and the teaching to fundamental skills that will be useful in the labour market. The project’s target audience are teenagers and young adults in the care system, or care leavers. It aspires to identify the struggles they are facing and to help them to overcome them.
