She holds a MA in International and Diplomatic Sciences and a Phd at Politecnico di Torino.
She has been working since 2004 as freelance consultant in EU programmes and funding and politics for innovation and territorial development. She established Consulta Europa in 2009 and settled the company in Gran Canaria.
Her main research interests are regional and European innovation policies, social innovation, business and innovation models.
As a Canarian and European, I am interested in working for the islands, but also for the European community and its outermost regions. That is why I work at Consulta Europa, where I am in charge of the communication department, but also of the communication part of European projects such as H2020 Ruralization. I specialise in journalism and communication, community management and external action of the European Union. I have a Master’s degree in European Integration from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain) and a Master’s degree in International Relations from RANEPA (Russia). My native language is Spanish, but I also speak English and German. I am still improving my Russian, French and Portuguese, among others.
I am responsible for the administration and accounting department of Consulta Europa.
I am graduated in Languages and Tourism at the University of Turin, my native language is Italian, but I am fluent in English (C1), French (C1) and Spanish (C1) and I am improving my German (A2).
Annick Bilhou Briganti
Graduate in Business Administration and Management in France.
As Business developer in a public US organisation in Europe for 12 years and as Trade expert in a EU private organisation for 2 years, she has experience in implementing and coordinating trade and investments projects as well as conducting Trade missions and investment seminars across Europe. She speaks five European languages (French, Italian, English, Spanish and German)
In Consulta Europa, she deals with the development and management of Horizon 2020 projects, including FORWARD project, among others.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics and MSc in Tourism Management and Planning from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC). She also completed a PhD in Applied Economics, granted with a pre-doctoral contract from the Canary Islands government.
She is also a lecturer at the ULPGC and has done research on several projects related to her principal area of interest: economy applied to tourism and transport.
I hold a degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in International Cooperation, Finance and Development. In addition, she was trained in the fields of Promotion and Management of Innovation, International Relations and Environment. She currently works as a Manager and Coordinator of Cooperation Projects for different public, private and non-profit organisations. Through Consulta Europa, she is in charge of the coordination and financial management of two projects financed by the Interreg Europe Programme: one of them, led by the Government of the Canary Islands (Interreg Europe RESOR), and the other one, led by the Canary Islands Employment Service (Interreg Europe GROW RUP).
Graduate in Business Administration and Management and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainable Coastal Management.
He has experience in eco-sanitation and solid and liquid waste management proyects. Apart from this, sustainable development, Circular Economy and marine and coastal conservation constitute his main research areas.
In Consulta Europa, he deals with the development and management of Horizon 2020 projects, including URBAN-WASTE project, among others.
