Child protection and development: youth work experiences across the World

24 months Erasmus+, Capacity Building for youth in ACP countries, Latin America and Asia

The PAN project is aimed at the development and implementation of a transnational training capacity building programme between EU and partner countries, which will involve youth workers in the field of child protection and development. The project will put in synergy different youth work experiences and community approaches from different organisations across the world, with a view to improve participants’ competences on the issue of child protection and development. Youth workers and young leaders involved in the project activities will be equipped with new valuable skills and tools related to child protection and development through educational approaches and community experiences from different regions across the world. Through the launching and testing of this capacity building programme, the partner organisations will pursue three main objectives: enhancing educational resources on child protection and development (including e-learning modules and ICT training), supporting the socio-professional development of youth workers and young leaders and supporting cooperation, networking and the share of best practices in the fields of youth, education and training.
