El próximo jueves 15 de enero a las 11:00 h, tendrá lugar en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria la Jornada de lanzamiento del proyecto ERASMUS+ Deporte STEP-BY-STEP, una iniciativa europea que apuesta por el tango argentino como herramienta de salud y bienestar para las personas mayores.![]()

El proyecto está liderado por la Asociación Abrazos en Movimiento, con la participación de Consulta Europa , y tiene como objetivo diseñar e implementar una intervención de tango dirigida a personas mayores para potenciar sus beneficios físicos, cognitivos y emocionales.![]()

Durante la Jornada se presentará el proyecto, un estudio de buenas prácticas, una revisión de la literatura científica sobre los beneficios del tango en personas mayores y personas con Alzheimer, y se cerrará con una clase práctica de iniciación al tango argentino, adaptada y accesible.![]()
